Hot Computer!!!

I had a couple blog posts I was thinking about writing, but they will have to wait until I fix my hot computer issue.

I have a laptop that is a couple... three.... four years old. It still works great for my purposes and in spite of my computer savvy husband's disdain, I have no plans on replacing it.

There is just one tiny major issue. It runs hot. I always have a portable fan that the laptop sits on to keep it cool, so the hot thing hasn't really been a problem. Unless the fan dies. Which it did. Sigh.

So now the laptop is super hot after a couple minutes of use and my legs don't have the patience to type more than a couple things here or there. A replacement fan is a simple cheap fix, but I haven't made the time to go get one. Instead I limit my computer use to once, maybe twice a day for under 10 minutes each time. It works. For now.
