There is something about holding a tiny baby that makes everything right in this world. Mr. Llama and I spent some time with our friends who have a sweet brand new baby in the house. I was able to hold that little bundle and for that hour everything was good. It didn't matter that my stomach was rebelling against food or that Kidney Bean was making my insides hurt or that I can't style my hair or that rice and beans were a long lost thing and all that other crazy stuff. Holding that precious baby so brand new to this world, life was good.
I am looking forward to welcoming Kidney Bean into this world and our lives. I will treasure that day of not being pregnant anymore, but even more than that I will be in absolute awe at our precious baby and the spirit she brings with her.
