I walk 5 days a week with a friend, 3+ miles per walk, rain or shine..... Although I haven't actually walked in the rain yet. Fall has been very cooperative with its beautiful weather that I haven't had the chance to walk during rain. It appears I'll get that chance come Monday. Good thing we got a stroller cover today for Miss KB. She is such a lovely sport about the whole walking thing. I bundle her up head to toe in blankets and the girl lets me. She usually will fall asleep at some point in the walk and even on the days where we walk for 2 hours, KB is content.
I am determined to get myself into a healthier state and by golly I'm walking. So come on rainstorms and downpours, soak me to the bone. I'll keep walking!
