My health issues seem to have cleared up with a drastic diet change for a week+ and then a major diet for life. I had a nasty gallbladder attack a week+ ago. For those that have never experienced it, it's nasty and horrible and the most painful thing I've ever gone through.
That being said. I was able to go on a straight specific liquid diet for a couple days and then add tiny amounts of salad greens with the specific liquids. After a week of that I was craving anything solid, but ended with a major oil flush and haven't been in pain since!
I've had to re-think my overall diet and change some habits, add some supplements, etc.
Now that the pain is gone and I can eat some solid foods I am a much happier person! Losing 8 lbs didn't hurt either. :)
UPDATE: I had another attack saturday afternoon after writing this post. It's back to mostly liquids again and veggies. Sigh.
UPDATE to the UPDATE: I'm on a meat, dairy, and wheat free diet. Let's see how this goes......................................................................................................................................
