Advent Calendar

I was reading a sweet friend of mine's blog (Miss Beth) and realized I forgot to get out our advent Calendar on the 1st of December. I also have yet to get out any Christmas decorations and Katie doesn't have a stocking.

For a second I forgot how many fun things there are to do during the Christmas season! I must be getting started on all them....(she says with an Irish accent for some odd reason) after today. I have to clean the house and move in an apartment first.

In case you wanted to see our awesome advent calendar (Thanks Sarah for having one so I could then see how wonderful it really is), here is a picture. (I can't believe I didn't take any pictures of it last year, so you'll have to settle for a web one)
The middle area is a magnet board and all the little wooden pieces have magnets on the back so little fingers can rearrange the Nativity scene as much as they like. I love that it focus on Christ and not chocolates. Although those are fun too!
